2004 Coral43% Cabernet Sauvignon | 32% Merlot | 25% Cabernet Franc
Coral, named for the robust red stone often used in native American jewelry, is a Bordeaux-style blend of complementary varietals grown on our Estate Vineyard.
Ripe flavors of wild cherry and aromas of toasty oak merge beautifully, in this, the premiere release of Coral. Elegant fruit notes and ample structural elements bring harmony to this lively, easy-drinking wine.
Indian Valley Vineyards has crafted this delicious blend by selecting key fruit components in our vineyard then aging them in symbiotic oak cooperage to peak maturity before assembling and bottling.
In keeping with our continuing commitment to sustainability and stewardship of these lands that provided our forefathers and their tribes with precious resources of nourishing bounty, so we offer this treasured blend of varietals to honor their traditions.
Within that spirit we dedicate this wine, meant for casual enjoyment in the company of friends, with respect for those in our Nation who have cherished and nurtured these lands before us. Food Recommendations:
